Amphenol 164-229-G, 5 pin audio panel mount quick disconnect connector.
Amphenol 164 series connectors are water resistant, five and six pin contact electrical connectors for use in low voltage audio frequency circuits and applications. They employ three-point bayonet coupling for quick disconnect and self wipe contact.
These connectors are extensively used in military communication equipments, where high reliability is paramount and severe environmental conditions are encountered.
Amphenol 164 series connectors are qualified to MIL specification MIL-DTL-55116. They are intermatable with any other manufacturers product which is designed as per MIL-DTL-55116.
