Optris PI 640i MO2X, Thermal Camera, Microscope optics, IFOV 8μm, measurement range (-20 .. 900°C)
Compact thermal camera OPTRIS PI 640i MO2X with microscope optics (IFOV 8μm) is a thermal imager with 640 x 480 pixels for exact temperature measurement of -20 °C ... 900 °C. Microscope for chip-level thermal imaging.
The newly developed Optris PI 640i MO2X combines the performances of an advanced IR camera with a fantastic microscope lens. The 32 Hz frame rate (125Hz for 640 x 120 pixels) allows for the monitoring of fast thermal processes. The IR camera has an optical resolution of 640 x 480 pixels and comes with an extensive ready-to-use package: microscope stand and a versatile image processing software.
The microscope optics for the PI640i MO2X allows reliable temperature measurement on tiny objects from 32μm (IFOV 8μm). In combination with a suitable stand, this enables professional measurement of printed circuit boards and components in the electronics industry.
Features:
- Thermal analysis of tiny 8 μm chip-level structures on electronic components
- Exchangeable, focusable optics for most flexible use of the c amera
- Microscope stand included for hands-free simultaneous operation / testing
- Frame rates up to 125 Hz allow inspection of fast processes (like pulsed laser diodes)
- Radiometric video or tiff recording with +/-2 °C measurement accuracy
- License-free analysis software and complete SDK included
